I’m Krislenn Fleming, a Project Manager and communication strategist with a simple belief that most projects fail because people aren’t aligned not because the work is hard.


After 9+ years in project management, and now serving as Director of PMO, I’ve seen firsthand how clarity, structure, and communication can transform a team. Whether a project is new, stalled, or buried under complexity, my role is to bring order, alignment, and a communication-first approach that helps teams move faster and operate with confidence.


I started Lenneage Consulting to give organizations the kind of project leadership that combines strategic clarity with the human side of communication because both matter, and both impact delivery.
